Processing Times
Because all items are made to order, processing times may vary. Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.
During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather conditions, and product availability.
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Grace & Honey AK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Grace & Honey AK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can work toward a resolution.

At this time, Grace & Honey AK only ships within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
